Dangerous Goods Transport Safety

Principle features of SQAS

Chemical companies use the SQAS system in support of the Risk Management of their logistics activities as part of product stewardship. The SQAS reports provide a good insight in the strengths and weaknesses of their (potential) service providers. Chemical companies use the assessment reports in their selection processes of new service providers and for the ongoing evaluation of the standards and performance of their existing service providers.

SQAS reports are used to support the dialogue between chemical companies and their Logistics Service Providers (LSPs) as part of a continuous improvement process.

DG Pro Safety Systems is a niche service provider to LSP’s of dangerous goods to the chemical industry.

They assist clients in the implementation and introduction of the SQAS/SHEQ safety file as required by legislation in South Africa and Africa.

DG Pro empower organisations to meet the challenges of an increasingly complex operational and production space while minimizing their negative social, environmental and human safety impact by developing safety systems, policies and procedures that streamline and simplify environmental, safety and quality management.

DG Pro clients have achieved a higher than average compliance rating above 95% during their audits, making them one of the leaders in their field.
